VARIAN MEDICAL SYSTEMS: MEDICAL IMAGING PRODUCT LAUNCH

In the spring of 2010, Varian Medical Systems launched TrueBeam, a new image-guided radiotherapy and radiosurgery system for the detection and treatment of cancer. Members of the medical profession who use such equipment, as well as hospital operators and company investors, were invited to Varian’s launch event to see TrueBeam for the first time. Los Angeles-based CMS Communications was engaged by Varian to organize the launch event. CMS Communications was tasked with developing impactful messages and visuals that reinforced Varian’s position as a dynamic, forward-thinking market leader in its field.
